The best pan I have ever used. The materials feel very high quality, it is slightly heavy and feels very very robust. I like the glossy finish; it pairs very well with the honeycomb engraving. To cook, low heat is sufficient; it browns the food very well. It is not non-stick, but knowing how to use it, nothing sticks. I will definitely buy another one.

I’m a single man lives by himself and it’s a good size pan for me so I don’t overcook too much food and been watching my weight . It’s cooks eggs great from fried, scramble , omelettes and poached .
